Cancellation & Refund Policy

At RM Exam Prep, we strive to provide the best digital learning experience through our Live Classes, Recorded Batches, and Test Series. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure transparency.

1. Refund Eligibility Period

We offer a very specific window for refund requests to maintain the integrity of our digital content.

• Any request made after 24 hours from the time of transaction will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
• The timestamp of the successful payment as recorded by our payment gateway will be considered the start of this 24-hour window.

2. Valid Grounds for Refund

A refund may be processed only if:

• You have been charged twice for the same course due to a technical glitch.
• The course content is not accessible even after a successful payment verification.
• You purchased the wrong batch by mistake and reported it within the 24-hour window (subject to management approval).

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• If the request is made after 24 hours of purchase.
• For E-books or PDF study materials once they have been downloaded or accessed.
• If a user is found violating our Terms of Service (e.g., screen recording or account sharing).
• Change of mind or personal reasons after accessing the course lectures.

4. How Refunds are Processed

Once your refund request is approved by our team, the amount will be credited back to your original payment source (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 5-7 working days as per standard banking procedures.
